ビーガングルメ祭りは、
肉・魚・卵・乳製品・蜂蜜(＋白砂糖)を使用しないビーガン（ベジタリアン)の観点から、「オーガニック」「ローフード」「マクロビオティック」「自然食」など体に優しく、安心・安全な食材を使った屋台が並ぶナチュラル系のグルメフェスティバルです。
年間の総来場者数は2万4000人以上。
2011年名古屋会場から始まり、2015年京都、2016年東京と続き、年間3都市で5回開催(東京と名古屋は春と秋の2回)している、「日本最大のベジタリアングルメ祭り」です。
そして、ビーガングルメ祭りの特徴は、「全ての飲食物に原材料表記がある」ことです。
通常面販売式の屋台には原材料表記の義務はありませんが、情報を視覚化することで、安心と安全のクオリティを高めています。
The Vegan Gourmet Festival doesn’t use any animal products, including meat, fish, eggs, dairy, honey, or refined sugar. The food stalls feature natural products that are safe and good for your body including organic, macrobiotic, and raw foods.
Unlike other festivals, 「all food stalls will display the ingredients of their products.(only japanese)」 This is not usually necessary for street stalls but by making this information visible we hope to increase the safety and quality of the food sold.
